Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard Settings page. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
Every AI reply costs 1 credit; every AI action (a call to one of your APIs) costs 2 credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance — when you run low, auto-reload tops you up automatically and a monthly cap protects you from runaway costs. Adjust both from Settings → Billing.
If auto-reload is on, we charge your card and top up before you run out. If it's off, the AI agent pauses until next month's credits arrive or you top up manually. The shared inbox keeps working — humans can still reply.
Yes. Annual plans are billed for 10 months instead of 12 — so you get 2 months free (about 17% off). Toggle the switch above to see annual prices, or switch from Settings → Billing at any time.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from Settings and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can export your data for 30 days after cancellation.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
