Setup

Connect in a few minutes

    Create a chatbot in the CustomerHero dashboard and add your knowledge sources (URLs, files, Q&A).

    Open Channels → Web widget and copy the install snippet.

    Paste the snippet just before the closing </body> tag (or wrap it in your favorite framework component).

    (Optional) Pass a signed user token to identify logged-in customers.
